– After almost a year and a half of adversity, Willcutt Block & Supply looked to a brighter future Thursday as it dedicated its new office and showroom building.
The 5,000-square-foot building replaces a smaller office and showroom building that was destroyed in the April 27, 2011, tornado. The storm also heavily damaged the concrete block manufacturer’s plant on Kicker Road.
“It doesn’t feel real yet,” said Dustin Spruill, the company’s vice president, as he sat in his new office. “It’s incredible to be in here. It couldn’t be more perfect.”
